Top Tip for you all,
Do you want to double the crystal growth on your plant/s??
All you need is a spare timer, spare strip light/s, and ultra violet bulb/s!

Did you know the uv rays from the sun encourage crystal growth?
This is a natural defence system for the skunk plant to protect itself from uv rays, THC-rich resins act to protect the plant and its seed from both higher light intensities and ultraviolet presence.

The way to encourage this growth without harming your plant or weed is to allow ur plant/s short daily bursts of uv rays.

All your plant/s need is 30 mins of uv rays a day during the latter stage of flowering in 3x10 minute bursts spread throughout your daily light cycle.
The uv lights directly stimulate THC production.

pet store would sell them, virtually any electrical store, even tubes off a sunbed will do it they are just the same!

i think they have cfl uvs,oh ya btw they now have ozone emmiting cfls for like 5bucks each

they have them at cvs,i havent tried them yet but im interested in them,a light that cuts odor,well thats amazing

This would not be essential for an outdoor grow as the sun has natural uv rays which would induce this, but on those dull days I would say it would help without a doubt.

I would argue my case there, maybe not with certain strains I agree, but there are strains out there that have a very low tolerance level to uv rays and actually need to produce a lot more trichs to defend itself, so on that note I have to agree to disagree!!

i have been interested in this as well but you should check out the thread i started on this topic.. it might answer some questions or make you think of new ones. idk.. but if anyone has plants and is interested in trying this out and sharing the information with us fellow growers (of course), you can go to the pet store and buy the bulbs that emit UV rays. they sell them for lizards and come in the flouro tube type of the flouro twist (incandescent) type light. I dont know any other way to produce UV rays. Anyone know anything more on the Ozone lights? ?
