Happy New Year everyone! hows the selection of CBD strains and medibles looking up that way? been wanting to make the trip someday soon.
There are sure caregivers that have a good assortment of medibles. Ask for will and Michele if there not there there should be a good assortment available somewhere

Personally...i dont think the Genesse County Compassion Club is going anywhere anytime soon. Everyone knows its there. Law enforcement knows it has ZERO problems. Ive even talked to officers in the area....they all have said the same thing....WE GOT WAY BETTER THINGS TO DO. Lay off is the decision at the department.

I agree with you ... they not only cause no problems but they also help out patients in need (much compassion) and do a lot of good community work.

But have you printed off and read the new law as of 12/20/2016

They are not playing and were very specific on what can and cannot be done. Name to card... period. The grey areas are gone.

Were not talking about locals anymore the changes are coming from the top.

This round it's about the money, they want their cut and seem fairly serious about it.

Might be something to take seriously but seems like few are.

I digress, best wishes.
New laws do no affect patient caregiver relations.
Totally separate

Right, they dont change the patient, caregiver relationship, but they do clearly define what a caregiver can and can not do...and that model would be illegal...wether or not anyone is going to enforce it there is another story.

They have the smartest lawyers on the planet so we'll let them worry about that now this is only going up not down

when the first "legal" sanctioned dispensary/club opens in flint I wonder how the connected men that put up hundreds of thousands of dollars to meet state lab/transport/ etc requirements will feel about prior "illegal" sellers competing in the open down the road?

how will they feel when notice they're losing market share with home grown caregivers, and any other pre dec 20 illegal clubs too. Will it take a month or two or five years maybe before they can afford lobby firms to do their work? will they give a shit that much? I dunno. I do know of no other instance where I'm allowed to produce any other product and collect money for my expenses in trade without calling it a sale. or to make whiskey today, even for myself ! Its illegal for me to grow and sell tobacco today unless its whole leaf(weird), so we'll see soon

How many pre dec 20 clubs have given so much time and money to the veterans, the local soup kitchen and a 5,000$ check to the local hospital in the area? NONE. If people want to knitpick about what their club does or doesn't do. Be apart of it first. Don't just stop in to get a bag or do a dab. There are always people that feel they started this and feel they should not be questioned about anything because they already know it all.
Do what they did early 2009.
They asked permissions based on the caregiver/patient relationship and have thrived on that concept. Maybe others should see and follow the example set instead of trying to pick apart everything everyone does

Still a good place to get meds? Havent been in there in a few years. My wife just got her card due to a neck injury that required surgery. They have beans and clones usually?
