Commercial HPA setup

Hoping to get some feed back from those of you that have setup large true HPA systems. Ill lay out some of my requirements and hopefully some of you can chime in.

(24) 2'X3' grow chambers (sealed trays)
(4) plants per chamber
(2) maybe (1) sprayers per chamber

I've been reading a ton of info on the different pumps and setups but i can't seem to find much info on "large scale" setups. Most all that i have seen are 6-12 nozzle setups. Im struggling with the pump/sprayer selection. Im debating the aeromist 300 psi/.008 nozzles or splitting the load between two aquatec 220 psi pumps and generic sprayers. Im struggling with the idea of trying to hold a 50 micron spray over 48 spray nozzles consistently. Not to mention that one or even two sprayers are being asked to evenly cover a 2X3 space to water 4 root systems. Is this reasonably possible? Any thoughts from the Pros?

I was thinking something of this nature would work well seeing as i will have (8) zones with 6 sprayers each. Can anyone recommend a controller or system that could handle 8 zones like this?

arduino.cc or arduino.org
Find some youtube tutorials or you can probably just google what you want to know and someone will have a walkthrough. let me know if you run into any dead ends.
