Help! What are these things?!

Obviously I'm a first time grower & have recently encountered some crawlers... I have no idea what they are, just know they are extremely small. I've researched everywhere and read some forums with similar issues, but always non-conclusive. I pulled the seedling as soon as I discovered them and so far, my other two plants seem to be unfazed. I managed to capture some images some under 120x magnification. Anybody know what it is I'm dealing with and a solution to my problem? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

i like to use alternate sprayings of pyrethin and spinosad. they sell garden safe brand pyrethin spray locally, i have to order captain jack's dead bug brew, with spinosad, from amazon, get the concentrate, its way cheaper in the long run.
spray one, wait 4 days, then spray the other. repeat the whole thing at least twice. always worked for me, so far

I hit up amazon and will follow your advice... So far the other two seem unaffected. Thanks brother!
