Spectrum King 600 series - "95% efficiency"?

I'm a noob this my first grow I know nothing about efficiency but I like the way my plants respond to the spectrum king closet cases at only 400 watts in. 4x 8.
I would actually like to see an independent party test it before I buy the 600 these are my ladies at 6 week veg under the closet cases

If you plant to upgrade buy a COB fixture.

so the SK600 is actually clocking in at a stunning 114 lm/W if that is to be beleived

The lights work fine.
The issue is they lie ALOT. The owner/ face of the company does not know much about LED and thermodynamics at all.
Huge thread over on reddit regarding the lies.
Our other issue is the price vs performance.
92/lLW is not great at all for that price point.

theres a certain level of performance that needs to be shown before i will drop money on a light to test it. i wouldnt pay $1500 for that light when i can build something as efficient and bright for <$500

Same cannot be said for COB fixtures.
I would love to see a cheap CXB or Vero COB light on Alibaba...
