Thanks man, as you can see I've only been on here a little over a week. There's a lot of good content and a good amount of crap.

There's a point system as an incentive to keep you coming back I guess. The like button turned on after I made a certain number of posts or something after a few days. Looks like you can strategically plan to get the most points, but I don't give a Shit. Just trying to document my crazy fall here. The waiting is killing me.

I can't get over how cool this is. I just retired. I haven't really smoked for 30+ years. Did a couple times on an off duty day but was to paranoid about getting busted and losing my job. Now that I am retired I am attempting to rediscover my youth a bit. Haven't shaved or gotten a hair cut and growing weed. LOL. This plant just amazes me. Thanks Mike for posting pics. Very cool!

Glad to hear it! Yeah I'm on a rebellious streak here. Ala Lester Burnham kinda thing. I've done well enough to be where I'm at, but barely. Basically I hate the Mother Fuckers I'm around. I grew up poor and the more I'm around the Fuckers in my neighborhood I just despise them. Everyone likes me, but I dont like them. I refuse to chop this sucker down. Once it's harvested and safe I'm gonna blow smoke over the Fucking fence. I know you can relate being a "hero" and all. Everyone has a life outside the confines of their career. Not bashing firefighters at all, just work in the public sector as well.

If you said go buy some miracle grow I'd probably do it, but all the crazy shit people are saying about fish blood/guts and complicated chemical formulas I'm more worried about Fucking it up than helping it. It's gone this long without any help whatsoever, I'd probably feed it and it would go limp tomorrow!

Never considered myself a hero, just doing a job. Never bought into that bull shit "we are special crap" that so many in the FD try to spew around. So many guys getting "343 tats" and most probably would have been running from the towers instead of running in. A lot of lazy f***s in the FD for sure. Been trying to discover who I am after almost 40 years in the FD. Threw away most of my FD t-shirts and such and don't see myself ever wearing that crap again although I did sign on here as "fireman57" so I still do have some identity with the job for sure. Been a roller coaster of emotions retiring. Had lunch with a retiree the other day and said "what a bunch of bull shit the FD is". He smiled and said yea I felt that way when I left as well. The plant is so awesome and I truly hope some stupid narc doesn't rat you out. Here is my baby "Wendy". Had it outside today and kept looking out the window worried the neighbors would rat me out. She's a violator kush clone.

Might be too much sulfur. I'm no expert and try to keep things simple. I've read a lot and learned a lot from grow books, forums, and youtube videos. You could use some Miracle Grow Tomato if you want to keep it cheap. Use half the recommended dose and you'll be fine.

Seems like nothing changes but the seasons here. The sun sets another evening. Waiting to wake up one of these days and see some fat buds. Hairs are pretty dang long now, but not much on the bud department. The main difference from a week ago til now is the existence of the white substance. It's on the leaves and easily identified with the naked eye. Main cola had very little of anything a week ago, but now has the hairy bud starts all over it. Vertical growth has halted I believe- thankfully. 20161010_180311.jpg

Come to the conclusion the defoliate job I did (around 75 leaves) either did nothing, or possibly slowed the process a little. Certainly did not help. The few who suggested that should respectfully rethink the method they swear by. I believe by doing so I made the shrub look more conscious as well. Oh well, live and learn. Still alive here, and still free for now. My wife now says she won't bail me out if I get busted.
