Yeah its below avg, from that amount of spawn. With a good clone and the right tempratue i usualy get around 180ish. What do you grow bru? Any mycology going on on that side?

always a sad picture. The tub i posted above also looks like that now, no 2nd flush. Don't let it get you down though, just start another.
Do you know what was wrong? Did you pc long enough? Correct temps when pasteurizing?
The 2 PE tubs are colonizing, they around 15% now, should start pinning in the next 9 days then ill update with pics again.

I think it was the spray bottle I was useing. I forgot the put new water in it from my last grow about a month ago. It looked great untill I sprayed it for the first time then this happened.
I got this shit on my second flush of my last grow too. Maybe the bottle had some of what ever this shit is on it. So now im going to clean everything and steralize everything and start over.
I made a ton of spore prints from my last grow so I can make syringes. I got 12 pt jars pressure cooked and knocked up so in a couple weeks ill get back at it.
I was thinking about it all day at work (11 hrs) about how great the tub will look when I get home and boom, this shit. It was very disappointing.

always clean your bottles out, i now do set and forget style monos so i dont have to mist, i rinse my spray bottle out with diluted bleach before every spraying. the same happened to me one time but with 6 tubs at once.

I haven't had any complaints on potency. I generally only proceed with a master culture after I run a multispore culture and do potency test. I did have complaints when I grew out cakes tho. I only run master cultures at this point. This is a ban Hua thanon multispore I'm gonna make a master culture of these this week.

It's something like 1 in 5 master cultures are gonna be genetic matches of the donor is what I always read on shroomery so I always make 3 masters of my favorite looking mushrooms. I have a z strain master that is my go to cold weather grower. Consistent results and no spore drop is why i chose it. Stem are like little twigs solid all the way through and a massive producer.

both mini PE tubs also hit with trich, Recently changed the temp i pasturize at, thats all i changed. I'm going to go back to my first temp. spawned another 2 B+ tubs. The first of the grain bags and jars are finishing up now, spawning 4 tubs friday and then 8 every week for 6 weeks. Pictures coming soon.

nice!very nice clone. I also have a few plates zstrain, but havent started a tub yet. Why do you say that is your go to culture when its cooler? B+, tressure coast and PE perform poor in cooler temps.

Just to be clear, that didn't happen in one day. It produced spores in one day.
And it is unlikely that your spray burns bottle was the vector.
Still it is sad to see.
