^^^ correct, multiple patients have been detained and charged while providing mmpr receipt and container. This is the only proof needed but obviously not recognized.

I'm over exaggerating for the sense of sarcasm. I think you're missing my point a bit.

Gb, gmack and hippy seem to think small script means you're not legit. I'm mocking this theory.

My point is why would I have a large script if I can fill my medical need with 1-2gpd?

My point is that I feel some of these rediculously high scripts are for profit margins and not real medical need.

I could have sworn gmack was talking about a section 53 a while back so really this is the only fact I was wrong about.

Nope, I've been lucky, been caught in possession and rural rcmp just confiscated the weed and pipes. Ime city cops are much different than rcmp and had it have been a city cop I believe I would have been charged.

I do know people who have been charged with possession for smoking on a train platform and walking down a city street though. It does happen.

Hey G, don't be calling people out for trying to stay legal.

Your right. I missed the part where they said small scripts are for people who don't actually need it. Quote? It's ok you feel that way about large scripts. I know a guy who has 98 plants and harvests 24 trees every month. He charges 1500$ a pound to clubs and mmar patients. Sticks to the possession/storage limits and registered ontario business and deposits and deposits all money into his company account. Issues himself a paycheque, pays taxes on all money and has good standing with all utilities and bank. Creates jobs through having an accountant and lawyer. Puts money into local business's for his company purchases and the end patient gets a good product for a reduced rate. CRA is willfully and knowingly taking taxes from this DG and the bank is accepting his deposits. Do you feel this is also wrong? In your opinion, is this abuse?

Well to be fair I never said shit about small scrips in general just nsbudca's personal 1gpd sricpt. He's also said he got it to protect aginst getting "busted" again. Sound like a real medical need if you ask me. Sounds like he's allergic to jail.

What is your medical need gmack? Seeing as it must be something quite serious based on your sense of superiority and entitlement.

I didn't say "so I don't get busted " I said for peace of mind because I choose mj as Medicine. Instead of anxiety meds, antidepressants and methadone.

So yeah I like not having to worry bout my choice of medicine. And it doesn't take a genius to logically understand that 1-2 grams a day should help me. Where as I could see people who have cancer, AIDS or something really critical could need more and clearly do, you feel that I should be using more but it's not necessary. Sorry if you don't like that.

For someone who tells me I'm a fraud even though I clearly state my reasons for mmj use, you never say why you seem to need it more than I.
