Great to see you here! Have you thought about doing a little giveaway so a well-known member can show the rest of the community what your gear can do?

I am considering different promotions, one that comes to mind is a head to head 1000W HPS vs my 9 COB 450W LED. I would give something like a $300 Visa or Amazon gift card to someone who would post results on something like that.

I would love to do a 1000k hps test vs the 9 cob 450w led but unfortunately i cant test the 450 or the 300 due to unavailability. I may get the 200w but really need atleast a 300w for legit testing.

Wasnt expecting such a prompt response but thanks sincerely.. The 300w cob is more practical for my experiment. Im on the site now thanks again!

I would try them out but that price is a little steep for experimentation. Couple more runs and I might pickup one of the 200's just to try it out. Only thing I am worried about is what happens if we get a defective light or the thing burns out?

I am not a fan of companies that try to say they will fix the light and then turn around and send you some power boxes to install yourself officially voiding the warranty to begin with.

Just wondering :)

(oh also wondering why 450 watts of lighting costs almost the same as 3 200 watt panels, that shit don't make sense to me so please educate us.)

Just would like to follow up that I grabbed the 200w model and my plants are loving it so far, not to mention my electric bill is happy and the temps are down in my tent since switching to LED. I would recommend it to anyone with a 3x3 or smaller setup.

That's great to hear. Enjoy the light! Happy growing!

Not to be a complete ass or anything but if you have time to applaud customers who come on here and praise your light while ignoring others questions people are going to start thinking you are full of shit.

Coming from someone who spends a lot in the LED department it would have been smart to actually take the time to answer me. Instead you lost a customer, great job.

HI sorry for the late reply, I'm not on the forum very often and I mistakenly overlooked your question. Regarding repairs, we let the customer choose what works best for their situation. Options include sending the light to us for repair or they can troubleshoot and we can send replacement parts.
Regarding why the 450W costs more, it is because we tried to use meanwell drivers on that model and they cost more to use. However at that price they haven't been selling so we are going to either switch drivers and lower the price or stop offering them for sale. Thank you for your candidate feedback, and I apologize for not answering your question sooner.

Amazon sucks! They put a hold on my order for the light setup I originally wanted which I didn't understand as that was my first time ordering from them and they never explained why, only asked me for my bank and personal information which I did not give them and found out other people have had the same problem with no explanation from Amazon. If you were dealing with eBay, that would be much better as I was interested in trying leds and eBay sent me what I ordered with no problems.
