Co2 too HIGH IN SEALED ROOM! HELP

I am in week 4 of flowering. Had a thrip problem and still battling it. Sucks Cuz my whole set up is sealed, both veg and flower. Using soil, plants are in 5 gal containers. 14 12 room and Have 9 1000 w lights, 3 plants under each light. The video below is a Co2 monitor and takes a log of the last 24 hours of the air ppm co2 levels. It never goes below 1000 so the co2 burner never even comes on. Have a co2 burner set up with controler to come on at 1100. It's constantly staying high and sometimes above 3k which the monitor will indicate that with "high". I would think that the plants would eat up all that co2, can the ac unit be off gasing causing the constant high level of co2?

I have a 36k btu mini split, 2 humidifiers keeping the room at 40% humidity. Have extreme yellowing of my plants, PPM is fine, using tap filtered tap water. Cant understand why the co2 is so high. How did i the co2 levels down in a sealed room?

Have you tried taking the monitor/controller outside the sealed room? To see if the readings change...

Yes calibrated it outside and it went down to 430 ppm. I just can't figure out why the co2 levels are so high. Doesn't make any sense.
What controller are you using? How far away from the source of co2 is the controllers sensor? Where is the controllers sensor located height wise?

Sealed rooms can have an oxygen and co2 dump in them. All mine do. It sucks the co2 from the bottom of the room when the lights kick off and then every 3 hours. The o2 dump is at the top of the room, and sucks stale oxygen out of the room 3 hours into lights on and again every 3 hours. My fan runs for 10 minutes each on of those "dumps".

Flush the fuck out of your plants if they're locked out. Damn dude 9000w is a serious grow. Got to have that shit dialed in.
Agreed, plants have been flushed, but the yellowing chlorosis is the problem. Thrips is an issue too but using azamax root drenched and spraying thrm to take care of that. Just can't figure out why the co2 levels are so dam high and the burner doesn't even come on.

I'd be interested in dialing in my co2 ans o2 levels like you mentioned above. How exactly would I accomplish this in a sealed room?

Jesus. If the sensor is 7.5 ft off the ground, your ppms are more like 6-7000 because co2 drops to the ground.

I just use a 6 inch fan/carbon filter, a Y and two electronically controlled dampers. The fan is pushing air through the carbon filter, so the fan sucks out the room. It's mounted to the top of my room (custom buildout). You connect ducting to one side of the damper, all the way to the floor. That's your CO2 dump. The other side gets no ducting since we want it at the top of the room to suc out stale o2.

You then time the fan and dampers to turn on when you want them to (get the "always shut" dampers). Takes 3 timers.

Let's say your room runs from 9pm-9am. You'd have the fan turn on at 9am,12pm,3pm,6pm,12am,3am and 6am.
The co2 dump would turn on with the 9am,12pm,3pm, and 6 pm.
The o2 would turn on at 12 am, 3 am and 6 am.

Dude I'm scratching my head on this one. Is burner leaking? Be safe bro. It doesn't make sense if your burners aren't kicking on. Don't get low to the ground yourself and pass out. Do you think its a sensor error? I know you re-cal'd and brought it out of the room it and seemed to read fine. I myself would never run a completely sealed room, I like the idea of fresh air flow refreshing the room every once in awhile.

been running a sealed room for over 6 years, would never run an open room. But , like carolina said, drop that sensor on the ground and as far away from monitor and burner as you can get it. does your burner have a pilot light? or electronic ign? what temps are you running with lights on?

I I had a cap c02 don't remember quit which one and it was fucked it would constantly run up to 5k ppm. I sent it back 3 different times and they(c.a.p.) kept saying I was crazy as it would not do it and finally the seen it happen.
I bought a titan atlas 8 and have had no problems since

Lowering the sensor will just give you higher readings...if the sensor is working.

He's saying the ppm is already too high and the burner doesn't come on.

Sounds like he may have an outside source of CO2 or the gear is faulty

This might sound crazy, but when you see this high readings, have you been in your room for a long time? I've seen mine hit 2500ppm with me being in their only 30 minutes.

Or is it open the door and it's already high as shit?

It was 1300 when I got in today, about 2 hours into the light coming on. And same here, if I'm in the room, especially if another is too, the ppm can go upwards of 3500 pretry quick. My room is legitimately Sealed.

Not sure.... I have this one..

Do you think if the plants are getting 3k plus ppm for a couple hours a day it would make thier leaves get chlorosis?

Turned off the burner for the night, gonna see what my monitor that logs the ppm every 30 mins says tomorrow afternoon.
