Number four. Invasion of privacy and ability to confiscate has always been big on my list of concerns. Sometimes the simplest things can be held as probable cause.

Massachusetts just put a huge dent in that. The other day the Mass legislators made law that it is no longer probable cause to use the smell, aroma, smoke or sent of marijuana to stop, remove from, ask you to exit or enter a motor vehicle on public or private roadways.

I think the Ma. law is fair.

Number four is the one that effects all, even youth.

Each and every one are currently under assault, but the most controversial to me is No.2 The right to bear arms.Too many guns,in the hands of too many idiots. But this is also what protects us from a military coup, hell we have as many weapons as they do.I have red and continue to read the opinions of both sides, and I am still on the side of gun ownership.A right given up,is going to be a right lost forever.

Number 10 is based in a lie and intentional misrepresentation.

It assumes that people have and did consent to this form of government, rather than simply being born into an existing one that was formed by elites hundreds of years of ago. How can a handful of rich white men form a government, that encompasses people hundreds of years into the future?

If some people today HAVE consented to this form of government, is there any real possibility of NOT CONSENTING ? Without a possibility of not consenting, those "people" are all forcibly encompassed in a kind of soft slavery.

The possibility of not consenting did arise, we fought the civil war a long time ago. The North and it`s views won. The Southern view that you favor,...had to go,...too much trouble.

Except actual consent must come from the individual, not from other people, otherwise it's not actual consent and is a misapplication of the word consent.

You've also miscast my views as "southern views".

My views are more in line with what really happens as opposed to the fictions which pass for "history". If the "northern view" was one of freedom, how come Abraham Lincoln tried to conscript soldiers to fight against people that were trying to secede?

Also, if you cannot secede, how can you also be said to be free?

With a little over 2 million from the north, and about 3/4 million from the south, It`s fair to say the individual consent trumped the Federal rulers. It was up to the individual to chose which side to stand up for.

Abe was correct,...you may secede from our Nation, But you will not take our Nation and secede. I`m sorry you can`t see why brute force was needed to keep the Real Estate. If they wanted to secede, just like today, you are free to leave when you chose, but you wont take the land with you. Altering boarders is not a Freedom Right.

You really need to move to Alaska and see how much work and how hard life is when you are free as you depict. No-one wants that in any large numbers.

Not everyone, every individual that is, in either the north or the south was ever ASKED what they thought...in the first place. Many people had never given their individual consent to the form of government, it was forcibly thrust on them from the get go...

Also your history lessons should come from more than reading the back of cereal boxes. Abe Lincoln was a thug.

The way you formed the question only Bruce / Caitlyn Jenner could truthfully answer it.

That thing, or whatever ya call it,...is a direct result. It`s a direct result of body abuse + lawyers to obtain votes. There are no redeeming qualities with that behavior.

Obama is a thug, W was a thug with murder on the side, Ike was a thug, Rosie was a womanizer, Washington a slave owner Andy was a bigger pothead than me,.,...so let`s conclude, honest Abe fit right in,......No ?

Should the USA go the way you seek, it would fail, everything you suggest or mandate has been done before you,...the long standing consensus is that the USA needs a mom and a dad, can`t let us children out alone and by ourselves,...we would play in traffic too much.

Easter Island is nice,(might glow a bit) you don`t even need a phone, you can yell across it,....there`s no place like home rob............
