Newbie to growing

My first time growing and I'm doing it indoors, I've ordered some auto candy kush and I have some miracle multi purpose compost, shall I mix the compost with anything or just by itself, any help would be appreciated!

In my opinion I do not use anything with the word Miracle Grow in it. If you can I would suggest you buy a bail of pro mix and mix it with happy frog and ocean forest. I have used that mix many times and had great results with no problems at all, once you feed the plants accordingly.

Do you know where I could purchase this? Want to be very careful about growing so I would prefer to go to a garden centre rather than a specific cannabis shop, many thanks

I dont think they ship promix to uk might wanna try Bergers BM1 they might have it in uk

I have seen pro mix in many plant nurserys. Home depot would also have it and so would ACE Hardware. Its around $40 for a bail of pro mix down here.

Well I always water my plants by myself. Usually if i'm going someplace for 2 weeks I just water my plants a little extra and that holds them off for 2 weeks.. But i never leave them un checked for more than 2 weeks.

I'm not saying that. You do need nutrients. I recommend using the fox farm trio (grow big, big bloom, and tiger bloom).

cool, i am growing in fox farms ocean forest, for me the soil goes for a few weeks with just straight water, I add nutes in the final weeks, the soil seems to have lots of nutes built in, are you finding that also?

Yea, especially when i'm growing a autoflower strain. Normally I start feeding my plants nutes 3 weeks from seed.. I start off with lesser amounts then work my way up.

thanks , on my last grow in small containers with ffof towards the end i was feeding them to much nutes and I was gettting leaf burn and some nute lock out, but they finished nice, dont want to make that mistake again

Thats why i said to start off slow. During the end they dont need that much nutes. I usually stop feeding 3-4 weeks before harvest.

Honestly i am the wrong person to ask about that bro.. I'm all about outdoor growing. I haven't gotten into indoor growing as yet due to certain reasons but I can answer all your outdoor questions, just not indoor. Sorry fam.
