nice, My experience with them was different, but i am glad iti s working for you. I would rather have to pick off a lady, then have my whole bud ruined by mites.
That's what I was thinking lol it's a lot better option. I think the combo between the two ladybugs and Predator mites might be the reason for the success. I do outdoor gardening as well and I believe that is why I got them brought them in with me from outdoors. Thanks for all the help. I was wondering if maybe you can give me advice on what if anything is wrong with my one Sour Diesel poison kush cross it has nice buds on it very sugary but the leafs are starting to look rough I just checked the soil ph and it's at 6.4 and my ppm is 601 so I'm not thinking it is a ph or nute problem. I will take a close up pic later today and post it so if you will let me know what you think. And thanks again for the help

Habenero pepper spray kills mites. Repeat. Habenero pepper spray kills mites. It's cheap, organic and easy to make.
Yeah I read that somewhere I have never tried but if I ever get mites in veg I will try that first. I know it can be used in flower but I really would rather not spray anything on the buds

There's a good recipe on this site. Just don't get it on your hands, eyes or face or breath it directly. Some veteran growers claim it is the best organic solution they've used. Good luck.

some say putting a flowering magnolia plant in with infested crops attracts the mites to it. As they prefer those to any other plant,,,apparently.
Interesting theory, wonder if it works?

and yeah lady birds (bugs) only eat when theyre breeding...harvester spiders are good tho, the daddy long leg type, they don't lay webs over the plant, just all down the base of the pot or in corners normally, but they eat those little mites up no problem. ave a go, Mother nature is full of 'organic' remedy's for these little critters.

The lavender oil is safe, cheap, fragrant, and very effective.Nobody seems to believe it when I tell them about it but once they do they swear by it.It's a great preventative against powdery mildew as well.

I don't know about something you can't breath or get on your skin lol
The breathing part is fairly easy. A handkerchief over your mouth and nose and make sure you point the spray bottle away from you toward the underside of the plant should do the trick, although some people are more sensitive than others so obviously you'll know if it works for you or not.

I've never had any problems using home made pepper spray and it KICKS THE SHIT out of mites. A couple of good treatments and you'll see.

I think if you can find the recipe on this site, and follow the instructions you'll be fine.

if it really is bleached ( I highly doubt it ) spray some kelp on the leaves. Potassium replenishes molybdenum and magnanese and in turn chlorophyll. Light bleaching destroys chlorophyll.

if new growth is yellow thats iron and sulfur defs. kelp, alfalfa will take care of that too[/QUOTE]
I like that you told Hyroot the truth about himself, He has been exposed as a liar, dipshit, crybaby, narc. He will come in here next and talk a bunch of shit and tell you how cool he is, as soon as he gets fried, he will have a mod erase it all, GUARANTEED.

now that I said, that. For the first time, I actually agree with him about ladybugs, they are a waste of time and money and will just make a mess for you to clean up.

old stage green cleaner WORKS on spidermites, good stuff

the ladybugs are good for eating aphids and will eat mites, but in an indoor garden, they mostly fly into the light and die.

Hyroot knows how to GET mites, he just doesn't know how to get rid of them.
I agree with these two love-birds.
Lady bugs don't do shit for mites.
One procreates like rats on Viagra and the other is busy looking for aphids and flying into lights and fans..

Yeah I'm sure it was from light I pulled all they yellow off from the lower parts and for the past 4 days everything is green other than the tops that are faded plus my buds are getting huge so I think that has something to do with it. I don't know about the ladybugs they are working for me. Since I put them in I have no new damage to the plant that had them and my other 3 are perfect

Ok so I went ahead and took my girls out to get a nice look because it's been about a week since input the ladybugs in and I have to say they do work on keeping it down but not on getting rid of I have only the leafs that were infected there are infected there is no new leafs I went ahead and sprayed them with a miticide call fungicide garden safe it is a 3 in one kills mites and there eggs plus helps with powered mildew I hope with that it stays down like it has I have 4 weeks left and there is maybe 17 leafs that are damaged from spider mites

It's not over yet! They will come full force before you know it if you let them. The ladybugs really do not get rid of them like everybody has been saying.Be sure to spray with lights off and spray just about everyday for a couple weeks.

What I'm doing is spraying the neem oil on a paper towel than wiping it on the leafs that are infected and the leafs around hope that will keep them at bay for 3 and a Half weeks

Spider mites stop reproducing when the light is less then 12 hours a day. While you are battling the mites drop your light hours down to 11 hours so they won't keep laying eggs.

I've tried this, absolutely does not work.
I even went down to a 9 hr day
I believe you! That is something I came upon about a week ago. I have battled them three times. The first two times I got rid of them fairly easy. The last time it took me 9 months to get rid of the damn things! They just about drove me nuts. I only got rid of them by harvesting with a full invation an only got 12 oz.! They ate the plants up bad. I nuked the bud for 10 seconds per plate full as I didn't want the suckers eating the buds. I finally got rid of the mites using No Spider Mite one additional time more than the directions (3 treatments) which just about killed the plants in the mother room. I hate spider mites:fire:

Only thing that worked for me is plant vitality plus lady birds don't do shite and predator mites were expensive and did exactly the same as lady birds. Canadian express spray safe works but only if you get every mite, if you don't it also gets expensive
I think everyone should know plant vitality is avid or abamectin which is known to cause cancer...particularly, testicular cancer in men!!!

I have battled mites for over 20 yrs..
The ONLY thing that consistently works, is spraying them, five times, once every two days, and after that an additional three times the next week.
if its BAD.... miticides are the only thin that works, if it's not, then other things will work, in fact I've sprayed with just AACT and silica and that knocked them back similarly to a bug spray.
I don't like to use pyrethrins, they get used to that FAST
basicly... mites are bitches... they NEVER seem to fully die..
