everyone who wants.... should get their day in court....
maybe 38,000 x days.....of court would do the trick....
now that would clog things up...haha
i think they'd group everyone together as a class action...unless each one was different
isn't this date for the adjournment?

Apparently the Judge has Reserved his Decision. For how long? I don't know yet, does anyone else?

Hey Sandy,

What is this trial for again? I apologize but I've lost track with all these trials. I only knew of the one in Nov, and the one in Feb
Hi CC This date today is because John Conroy is asking for an adjournment in the MMAR case. The Judge has reserved his decision.

Thanks Sandy. Any idea as to why John is seeking an adjournment on the matter, and is it an adjournment to the trial in Feb?

Oh cool. Is it not wild that for me to stay legal as a MMJ patient I have to follow court cases. Should medical documentation of my illness not be enough to make me legal?? Sorry again all this legal stuff just boggles my mind.

Peace

It's because we are dealing with an ILLEGAL substance that we have a right of LEGAL ACCESS to.

Apparently we might hear back with in 24 hours.
that would be fast...why can't they decide that quickly when it comes to the injunction.
i think he'll say no due to the fact it would throw a wrench into our case...anything to make us suffer more. Conroy thought it would take a few days for the injunction appeal but it took months.

it should but that's not how it works in this world/courts. we have been given the right to have & grow but look at what sick people have to go through to get the medicine that works best. i find it disgusting.
when we have Dr authorization we should be able to have our meds when we need them...not when the court/judges get around to deciding! i hope that (but not really) one of their family members needs the plant & they will look back & see how wrong they were.

Nothing to do with common sense, just common dollars. Politicians who go against the money get retired quick and have to live off their measly government pensions - hardly enough to afford the Lexus and the mansion.

Does this now mean that they may get this opportunity to present evidence, ideas, etc.. get one verdict, then go through the same process again a second time at the next court date?

The motion to adjourn is dismissed so we go to trial February 23rd, holy cow that is next month!

maybe Mac or someone can make a new thread for Trial Feb. 23rd In Vancouver for MMAR Allard Case.
