But we all know unless your growing for medical reasons the cops consider all grows to be for trafficking purposes.

Kirk is saying, as things stand, no matter what, you will need deep pockets in order to get through the process and could easily go to jail simply because you cannot afford an attorney.

That is always going to be the reality of growing your own. Cops and crown prosecutors make it up as they go and hope something will stick.

you are very welcome. i really hope we get to change addresses! this is crazy. people move, people have disagreements and other stuff. why can't/didn't anyone see that one...oh yeah, that would ave been common sense. we also may have not seen it coming because it is so much common sense but HC hates it & wants to make it as hard as they can

I'm thinking the longer they take to render a decison the better off mmar growers are. If they were just going to side with hc it won't take long to decide to do that. Taking their time means they are reviewing the evidence fairly.

Just got off the phone with Conroy and apparently one of thethree judges is Harpers rejected Supreme court of Canada judge and no one out here had heard of the other two judges...hm
