Solution concentration in early veg

So I have a plant in late seedling / early veg stage it is 2 weeks old in DWC. The leaves are paling and looking unhappy. My nutrient concentration is at 380 ppm, although this includes the TDS of my tap water which is 160ppm so really there is only 220ppm of jungle juice 2 part solution. But I assume the plant still can utilize the dissolved minerals originally in the water. Is my TDS to low or should i leave my solution at 380 ppm.

What would you recommend me do?
jungle juice 4-0-0 (part A) and 2-2-6 (part B)

ok i will lower it last year my grow went flawless with hydro. This year im just struggling and I am getting frustrated. Started my year in soil 3 months in and all i had to show for it was a dying 4 inch plant.. :( then I figured I would go back to hydro and try to make up for what I did and two weeks old im into minor problems already if I cant pull this off im throwing in the towel!

Anyways enough with that negative energy..
560ppm isn't too much for a 2 week old plant?
I'm concerned that I might have burned my plant because now I have yellow dead spots along the edges of my leaves, the tips are curling downish and the margin of the leaves are canoeing.
I really feel like i'm jacking this plant up with ph inconsistencies i'm using some ph strips but they are hard for me to determine where i am because matching the colors for me is hard 5.5 - 5.8 just looks yellow to me. I have ordered a meter express but it isn't estimated to be here until Wednesday and i'm afraid it will be serious by then.
