So I have 75 fem autos going right now. northern lights big bud, blue mammoth, wappa, super cheese, pounder, haze, super cheese, tangelo rapido, jet 47, kaya 47, critical cheese , cheese candy, la-diva, and a few of my own fem crosses.
DSC00748.jpgDSC00749.jpgDSC00750.jpg

Apart from those, I also have 75 regular fem going. white russian, northern lights big bud, wappa, lost coast hash, frisian dew, blueberry, deep purple, diesel, wappa, sour diesel, Amherst sour diesel, sweet purple, purple train wreck, diesel haze, deep purple haze, heavy duty fruity, blue widow, delahaze, belldona, and a few other of my own fem crosses.
.DSC00751.jpgDSC00752.jpg

Its alot of work and was right around $6000 to get up and running, no cheep n easy way out for me, thats for sure. I had a slight ph problem right in the beginning, but its all in check now. I started most all of them between 11/01 and 11/27 The big autos are around 3 weeks old, and the small about 1 week old. The regular's are about 5 weeks old. I ended up with about 25 males (that are not in the pics)of deep purple, heavy duty fruity, white russian, and 6 wappa auto males that were supposedly fem?? Im using roots organics grow and bloom, fox farm grow and bloom, bat shit and a few other special recipes ive come up with over the years.

So whats everyone think?? mouth watering yet?

Your set up looks great! Lot of verity to choose from I do the same thing with mine. Do you have good luck with the autos? I have a freebee auto Critical Kush going right now with my other ladies. Its my first time with an auto. Do you flip them to a 12/12 or keep them at 18/6?

oh yea critical kush is on my list too. Autos are quick and always different, they love the 1000 mh, some are growing 2+ inches a day, the 1000hps keeps em short and fat. I like a garden that is always changing as well as the few that stick around. Looking for a special mother for outdoor next year, these
DSC00288.jpgDSC00405.jpgholes are going to grow like crazy

and yess 18/6 is what the autos love!! and the regular after they sex out.

Are you flowering the non-autos from seed or after a very short veg period? I am curious as to how large of a grow space you have as that many plants take up a lot of room in flower. Could you also clarify the term "regular fem" for me? I'm not sure I'm familiar with it.

regular fem. seeds, as a photo-period plant but feminized and sexed. the non autos are going into flower after the autos are done about 2 months from now. They should be about 2 ft tall and bushy as hell by then. I have a total area of about 200 square ft. im only using about 1/2 my room right now. Im going to try and keep up on the up-dates..lol

just a small up date. 1/2 of the autos are starting to flower, 28 days since sowing. some are going to be ready probably in a 35 or 40 days, some are going to be a bit slower and probably have another 55-60 days. There was a bit of a ph problem on the small autos because i ran out of spring/rain water and used city water,,,I know better... but they were thirsty??
DSC00773.jpgDSC00774.jpgDSC00775.jpgDSC00776.jpg

and I felt bad for leaving out the 4 males I got out of a wappa feminized pack from paradise seedsDSC00777.jpgDSC00778.jpgthe one on the left is only 28 days old,,,wtf. that thing is a fukn beast auto. Its a straight male so I might keep some of the pollen and start a few regular auto's to cross with, it grows like 2+inches every 24 hrs, sitting on the floor 4+ ft. from the light?? I sent paradise seeds a message but they have yet to reply, ive always had good luck with them but wtf?

The regular fem's are kicking straight ass!! thats where the green is at!! A few are recovering from a high ph, damn city water again, but they perked up and are starting to rip. probably 1/2 of them are branching out like crazy, 1.5 inch branches on 3-4 inch plants.... they are going to be monsters! The other 1/2 are a little taller and not as much branching, just different varieties showing their traits. probably take the best three to breed with my white russian, (which is my avatar pic) and see if I get any special mothers from them during my next run and test them . I will also be feminizing probably 5 of the strains to keep the seeds flowing!!
DSC00771.jpgDSC00772.jpgDSC00779.jpgDSC00780.jpgI think this is going to be a good one!! what about you guys, what do you think about that??

Actually, I have 4998 watts total. Im only using 2 1k and 1 t5 for those is because they are autos and the rest are just babies. Dont you worry... there is going to be an abundance of light. Thats what cost me so much to get going...they are just on idol till I need the extra 3k watts. Imo 2000 w. for autos and 448 w. for seedlings is plenty, or at least thats what my plants say??

I just upgraded to brand new equipment from 3 yr old ballasts. This is actually a lot smaller run than what ive been doing, The largest run I ever did, was 1050 regular seed's which I got 650 females from, grew them for 4-6 months till harvest and had a yield of just over 40 lbs...(I was running the whole operation and 3 people working for me full time. I bought one of those trim pro fully auto. trimmers, we ran it for 2 weeks 8+ hrs a day. I only had 10k watts for that run So im sure 4k will bud those 75 no problem. I have all aspects covered. I didnt cut any corners on this grow!!, if anything I went over board with it, couldnt help my self once I got in that grow shop with a pocket full of hundreds...lol

Another update, Most of the auto's are budding, still a few that are going slower than the rest. The wappa, blue mammoth, and pounder are budding the fastest. The
nl bb, super cheese, and tanglo are a bit slower but they are getting huge in the mean time. Haze is the super picky strain here, deff. not for beginners.
DSC00822.jpgDSC00825.jpgDSC00824.jpg

The seedlings are ready for the 3rd round of transplanting, I have transplanted most of them twice, and all of them at least once. They are starting to grow mature female pistils, no preflowers any more. I also probably should fert. soon. I can tell some of them are going to really picky about fert, and ph. but that is to be expected when growing 30+ strains in the same room.

DSC00815.jpgDSC00813.jpg

Here's some other stuff ive been working on,

giganteum papaver somniferum, this is new to me. Im not 100% sure what they want or need, just sorta going with it??
DSC00817.jpgDSC00821.jpg

san pedro, I only have 3 rooted cuttings and they all have new little nubbs growing, I have to look into grafting and start experimenting with it.
DSC00818.jpgDSC00819.jpg

And some cambodian, z-strain, and B+ psilocybe cubensis, I have isolated 3 monocultures that seem to be fruiting evenly and from what ive heard are very potent. Im in the process of collecting supplies to build my own flow hood. I need to transfer the isolates onto new plates that should be in the mail any day. I actually made the substrate with moose shit and its working really good The ph is holding steady and Ive only had 3 monotubs that contaminated out of 12, so its going good.
DSC00240.jpgDSC00073.jpgDSC00069.jpgDSC00100.jpg

Well, thats what ive been busy doing the last few days, the wife dont think much of it, since im always working 12+ hrs a day, but she likes to smoke the finished product!!

Hope everyone likes my thread.

UPDATE!! this morning the girls are looking goodDSC00840.jpgDSC00841.jpgDSC00842.jpgsea of green style. All plants moved under the mh for a few weeks. A few yellow leaves in there due to a ph problem right in the beginning, but all plants are ripping shit. Most are growing about 1-2 inches every 24 hrs

The auto buds are everywhere and growing like crazy, I pollinated some of the lower branches with the wappa male a jet 47 male and super cheese feminized pollen. The hairs shriveled up and the pistils are swollen, seeds took!!DSC00845.jpgDSC00848.jpgDSC00844.jpgDSC00846.jpgDSC00843.jpg

Found a 13 point leaf on the white russian, dont know if you can see all the blades from the pic but that thing is like 3inches wide and its only about a week old. DSC00851.jpgthere are so many blades they are overlapping and stacked on one another.
This is how Ill be training most of the photo period plants.DSC00852.jpg

DSC00850.jpgthis leaf has two leaves growing off one petiole, strange.

How do they look??

cacti looks real good man. Here's some info on the alkaloid profile for those not familiar. **** taken from Wikipedia****
The San Pedro cactus contains a number of alkaloids, including the well-studied chemical mescaline (0.21–1.8%), and also 3,4-dimethoxyphenethylamine, 4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenethylamine, 3-hydroxy-4,5-dimethoxyphenethylamine, 4-hydroxy-3,5-dimethoxyphenethylamine, anhalonidine, anhalinine, hordenine, tyramine, and 3-methoxytyramine.[SUP][7][/SUP]
Mescaline (3,4,5-trimethoxyphenethylamine) is a psychedelic drug and entheogen, which is also found in some other species of genus Echinopsis (i.e. Echinopsis lageniformis, Echinopsis peruviana, and Echinopsis scopulicola) and the species Lophophora williamsii (peyote).[SUP][8][/SUP]
Anecdotal evidence suggests that the highest concentration of active substances is found in the layer of green photosynthetic tissue just beneath the skin.[SUP][3][/SUP]
There are various mescaline extraction techniques, simple (simmering in water 5 to 7 hours) and complex (such as an acid-base extraction), the latter technique yielding a material with a significantly higher concentration of mescaline.

And you grow boomers too. ....... ME TOO!!! This is what I have left preserved for future liquid cultures. All mycelium was colonized on potato dextrose agar (PDA), then isolation transfers were done to the rhizamorphic mycelia only. And what I have collected and preserved is the best, and is an 3 month effort in just petri isolation transfers.

Read up on the REZ EFFECT. I used to case everything with equine dung and compost and spawn on spelt or rye berry. Now I only use the REZ. For 1 9x13 tray, I would use 1.5 quarts of fully colonized spawn. I like to wait until my jars a bleeding piss before I confirm them to be fully colonized. If you open a jar and the center is not colonized, that shit is exactly that. I wouldn't use it once opened since it's most likely to contaminate. MONO TUBS DUDE, nice...... I use a 5 shelf plant/seedling clear greenhouse and just route a cool mist vaporizer into the top. 02 and h20 in high levels, and the co2 falls to the floor and leaks out.

Also Im not 100% sure on the poppy, but I would just follow your instinct and match the same level of care as you do for the cannabis.

Now this is a thread worth subscribing to. SUBB'D
