if it wasn't foil, your gona get hot spot with that, try some whit plastic or something, good luck brotha

The fan is moving them a small amount about the same pace as the plant movement. They are also under CFL's. Does that make a differebce?

the fans helping but not with heat spots, now you probably won't get bad ones with cfls but still. that probably also help to keep the soil more moist so you'll wave to water less sort of like in a greenhouse, but I'd use plastic, mylar, even white paper;i dont knw i guess foil just scares me
