Calling organic growers

Hello there.
This is my first grow and I am currently using readily available chemical nutrients with success so far. For my next grow I want to go organic with the idea if getting a more natural plant and bud. I will be growing in soil. The soil is the key to success, for my next grow.
What sort of soil mix should i go for? Are there any organic nutrients available? I have only seen Hydro organic products.
Any input or opinions would be great. My plants look great and are swelling with buds but I fancy a more natural way...
Keep on keeping on.
Regards from Afro clown.

on my first grow and i went organic ,i think just a good potting mix a good balanced one ,there are lots of good organic ferts ,i would try and stay clear of the chemicals,i can taste the shit in my throat after i stop smoking it for a few days, thats why i went organic ,anyway they say the most potent smoke is organic so go for it

basically.. there are many organic fertilizers available....if your looking into buying a liquid bottled (brand type) fert... they cost a little more expensive than chem. ones....it is very strange that you only read about organic hydro ferts because there is only one company that makes organic hydo nutes... and that is pureblend from the u.s.a..
i have grown with chems... worked fine but when i switched to organic the difference was big time noticeable... Not to my eyes only but mostly when i smoke... i now know how people get buds of which the taste lingers in your mouth for a LONG time after smoking a spliff...
so when i went organic i began with plagron's line of products... alga grow alga bloom and green sensation... and i loved the results !!!! but a friend of mine noticed there wasnt many cannabis ferts. that are recognized by the SKAL and EKO... (guarantees 100% organic.) so i looked into it.. and found an amazing line of products... by canna called biocanna... and i now use only that with guano tea which is the best of the best organic super blooms... and the MOST economic for the quality... check this out http://www.somaseeds.nl/magazine_articles/GrowingwithGuano.html
aside from that you can use a little bit of bloom stim in the beggning of flower just to give it those extra few budding sites .....
there you go .... bio canna's line of products with guano tea... and or plagrons line of products .. but I suggest to Never give up the guano tea no matter what you decide to grow in....
peace out

That was a great article Jahtrip, as a connoisseur of soil and organics I found a good deal of good information in there. Thank you for posting good wisdom. I don't think there's a substitute for natural products, the taste is very distinct and is more often then not accentuated and enhanced. IMO. Anyways had to give +Rep for the article, good job

fox farms has a 3 part organic liquid line thats good. We like to buy a few 5 gal buckets of worm castings, some bat guano, and i think its like pelican crap or something and mix those in or throw it on top ..plant seems to get nice and green and healthy. Gives those buds that flavor thats unmatchable

thanx kushcanuck.... i really appreciate that!!!!
i just wanted to modify something... but nothing very important... when i wrote that i was convinced there was only one brand that made bioponic ferts... and thats pureblend... but i saw pictures on the forum somewhere... of bottled ferts. that are bio and for hydro...... so i guess over in the usa you guys got the whole bioponics thing up and going.... we're still a little back on that here in the e.u..but then again i dont know if i wanna mix (lab technology) to my all natural Jah Jah given garden.... i have come to a quality i wouldnt need better... so why switch ?....

Preaching to the choir brother, I'm Canadian so I'm not really sure of the cannabis game in the U.S. other then what I hear here from these RIU chaps or the insane street price indexes I read about in High Times ;). I'm sticking with organics for life I think, I've tried bubbleponics, ebb and flow, DWC, and I just love the connection to nature you get with soil, and you can't beat the taste. Keep up the good work Jah, keep growing green

Soil is sweet. I use FoxFarm Ocean Forest, Then I only use guanos to fert. Guano is great but its not very soluble in H2O. I hate mixing it and yeah it doesnt smell at all, but once you mix it with hot water it smells like shit. literally. Not very srong smell of shit but dont wanna spill any on your shirt. But yeah keep growing
