ive been living in cali for years and your not just gonna move out here and jump into the business. I moved out here from ohio in 2009. No one is gonna give you a 2nd look. sorry, but if you wanna make it out here....bring a fat stack of cash and blow a house up. Then sell to dispensaries....thats how the game out here really works. But its much harder than that. Because there is so much of it out here, their gonna jew you down to the point were you barely break even if they want it at all. ontop of that your shit better be bomb or forget it. Plan on spending a few years learning and dumping money into it before you can grow a product thats cali med worthy. Your schwag or mids back east arent gonna cut it. not tryn to be a downer but its a hard road....not what you think....trust me....unless your willing to do some hella illegal shit (most of us out here do).... im not gonna mention on here.... your not gonna make some profit for a while....thats the honest truth

like the above poster said, most disp.'s aren't going to hire any tom dick and harry to work in their stores.. usually, you need to build up a relationship with the people running the place before they would even consider you.. whether that be by going in and selling your own product or what, it's really up to the owners and their own feeling out processes.
bu for the most part, it's not easy at all to simply move out to cali and think that you're going to land a job in the mmj industry in this day and age..

plus like the other dude said most peeps weed aint "medical" took me a few years to get something near medical and another 2 to get some shit that looked smelled and tasted the part along w/ the high.
