I was looking around on youtube and came across this video about how plants work. It answers lots of questions about how many training techniques work including light bending, super cropping, lsting, and topping. Take a look and tell me what you think. Its kinda old but still good info.

Good little video, learnt most of that from a book and on the forum but yeh, that can save someone a lot of time if they're new to training. Lots of useful stuff on youtube
