Yer i like seeds, happy to have them on my bud except mine are all feminised seeds so as thats all i grow it suits me fine. As i said drying the bud upsidown will help remove and dislodge a lot of the outer seeds as the bud shrinks and dries. I would be tempted to let my buds get a little fluffy as i found this is easier to get to and get the seeds out of rather than a real tight bud. With a seeded bud i would be tempted to overdry the bud a little, till it is starting to get crispy, makes it a lot easier to seperate plant matter from the seeds. A loose wide gauge grinder will do the job, as long as the seeds can pass through the gaps of the grinder as you gently grind the bud.
Seeds are no big deal just be creative. My mate did a plant and it got real heavily seeded. Once he seperated the seeds he had a big bag of little bits, still he was happy with the big bag. Hemp porridge and adding them to homemade muslie bars are great uses for seeds as well.
