hermie???

I have 3 female plants but one of them hast sprouts on it......they are not quite like the male ones I saw earlier in other plants but I am afraid it could be a hermie, can someone tell plse.

The plant will seed the buds and the buds will not be as potent as it would with out seeds. Seeds will be fimed

is it a 100% fem ratio? or just like 80% of the seeds? I'm hoping my plant is not a hermie but you just gave me some hope, cause I am in need of some seeds anyway and losing potency on one plant for the price of some fem seeds sounds like an okay bargain.
