Matanuska Tundra Seedlings .Help and advice needed!

Hello all,
I recently purchased 5 matanuska tundra seeds which i have germinated in paper towel then transplanted into pre-soaked small rockwool cubes.
Well Its been 5 days since they have sprouted and this morning during my daily-check I realized 2 of the seedlings have whitening/withering leaf tips ,one of which that almost looks majorly drooped and crusted.
On the other hand .other three seems to be doing fine and they look really healthy. What could be the problem? Bad pheno.Heat Stress,Ph Fluctuations,Nute burn,(I have only used 1/20 strenght or so for once on all of them for boost, realy unlikely itd be nute burn.others arent affected.) ,over watering?????
I have done a few succesful grows in the past but never ran into such a problem at such an early stage.
Quick information on the setup and main condition:
------------------------------------------
They have been put under 250 watt Cfl Envirogrow at 10 inches(I couldnt get it any lower as the heat rises up drastically.I think it's the bulb giving to much heat, regardless of the decent 345 cm 3 fan venting my 3x3 grow tent.
Water; Tap water ph'd at 5.5and left overnight before use
Daytime Temp /Humidity Below the Light at plant level: 78-80 degrees 50 RH
Daytime Temp /Humidity in the tent: 74-75 55 RH
Nighttime Temp /Humidity(Same everywhere) : 68-70 65 RH
(Using a humidifier to maintain optimals)
Nutes only used once at 1/20 strength.the solution was uber weak (with Hesi Supervit,Root Complex and Power Zyme).
Rockwool cubes were pre soaked in ph'd water for 24 hours.
Watering:I sprayed the bottom and the side of the cubes every other day when they first sprouted, everyday thereafter.I know the rockwool should be watered every 2-3 days but for some weird reason they all lost too much water every day, talking about 50-60% .They were never damp and were almost fully dry before watering.
Sick Plant No 1 seems to be doing way worse than No.2 But overall they are suffering the same problem at different severity

Anyhow Here are some pics to clarify:

Sick Plant No:2 Shot 1

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

I don't do 'dro so I'm just guessing, your cubes probably dried out too much and either just the lack of moisture caused the damage or the nutrient level became too concentrated from drying out and burnt the roots a bit.
They don't look too bad otherwise so I'd just make sure you don't let them dry out again.

Here are my three Matanuska Thunderfuck seedlings 5 days after breaking through the soil.

I only use 2 standard cfl bulbs: one is a 26watt & one is a 14watt (standard helical-style household bulbs, and not H.O. bulbs).
I think you hit the nail on the head: the 250watt is too much for them (especially if you've had to have a strong breeze from your fans on them). They really don't need that much energy to develop when so young.
I don't put my seedlings under anything more than a couple of small cfl bulbs until the second set of true leaves are unfurled.

my seedlings usually looked like that in rock wool cubes until I started adding a few drops of peroxide per gallon. It keeps fungus from forming around the tender roots. Works great when cloning too

So you think the light has burnt the baby leaves.hmm wonder why the other three aren't affected, they were right under the bulb when the sick ones sat in a little shady spot under the lamp where the bulb meets the reflector base . Glad to see someone else growing the notorious Thunder Fuck tho. Your babies look good man =D Is this your first M.T. grow?

I think it's more that you might have had too much airflow across them. It looks more like wind burn, rather than light burn.
But it should recover nicely.
This is my 3rd grow of MTF. I'm from Alaska, and used to smoke it all the time back in the 70's & 80's. A very tall growing plant, and needs a minimum of 10 weeks of flowering but is a heavy yielding plant.
And they have a great spicy/pine smell, and a mega-creeper high that can be kind of scary if you over toke. ;-)
Good to see other Matanuska strains being grown, and hope your little ones grow big & strong for you!

*also, the one plant that's not as robust as the others could just be a small variation in it's genetics. Of the three I'm currently growing there was one "runt" that took almost a full extra day to breach the soil's surface, and it is still playing catch up to the other two plants

Why don't you take cuttings from wild plants in the matanuska valley if you are from alaska:) Seriously you 'd probably get the best freaking genetics that way;)

Well, there aren't any wild ones. There used to be some outdoor grows in the summer times, but you'd probably get shot & disappear if you go onto a grower's land (like many places). Any grows of any significance had been underground (literally subterranean) or in greenhouses. After the local DEA and state troopers cracked down on large grow ops, MTF genes were kept alive by members of the Hell's Angels, and by growers who left Alaska. And, really, the Matanuska Valley is a huge place, but everyone knows everyone (in the old days), and it's just not safe to try and snag plants from someone's property (or from guerrilla grow ops). We Alaskan's are not only very well armed, we're not as afraid of using our firearms. ;-)
