Do you have them under some kind of shade? The suns to intense for clones, they will try to grow, not focus on roots and just eat themselves alive. If you have them under some shade they should be fine with two mists a day.

Edit- You could just make a humidity dome for them or use clear plastic water bottles with the tops cut off as single humidity domes.

clones outside is asking for failure, they need to be nursed not put into a harsh conditions. Even if ya have a rooted clone inside ya just don't go put it outside, has to grow and be strong enough to make it outside.. best of luck

oh ok i guess i could bring them inside for a week or so, this is a long time away i just want to be prepared.
if u guys wanna suscribe to this i will post pictures of the plants growth soon

sorry, these are cell phone pics, couldn't find my camera.
here's my method. i fill the little 4" pots half full with the miracle grow seed starting mix, i poke a hole in it with the pen, then i throw some of the schultz takeroot powder down the hole. i take a cutting at an angle with a sterilized razor blade, immeadiatly dip it in the clonex rooting gel and stick it in the hole. push some of the dirt around it so its stable, mist it with a spray bottle and cover it with a clear plastic cup with a few holes poke in the top. mist the plants a 2-3 times a day and they are rooted in about a week. the little pots i have are left over from some houseplants i bought. the clear plastic cups fit right inside and make a perfect humidity dome. when the plants are rooted, they perk up and start growing again, thats when i stop misting them and remove the clear cups, i can usually see a root tip or two poking out of the holes in the bottom of the pot, just to confirm that they have roots. if you use peat pellets, rockwool cubes or those rooting sponge things they just poke out of the sides. I have had better results with the dirt than i've had with the peat pellets or the rooting sponges. I grow in soil so i've never tried to use rockwool or an areo system. this isn't the only way to clone but its what works for me. I get almost 100% success, but i still take more cuttings than i need. i need 2 cuttings at a time, but take 3, i'll keep the 2 that look best and throw the other one away. one more thing, buy good cloning gel, i had very bad results with just the schultz powder. the clonex is good stuff. you can probaly skip the powder all together, i just throw it in b/c i had some already. hope this helps

if you use my method, dont add any nutes for a while. the m/g soil has nutes in it. i let the cuttings grow in the little pots for like a week after they have rooted, then transplant them into bigger pots, i add some weak fish emulsion after i transplant.
btw i dont want to hear a bunch of bashing of miracle grow soil. i've had trouble with all of their products except this stuff, the seed starting mix works great. I use a good organic soil from my local nursery that i add a bunch of stuff to for the rest of the grow. Its a variation of subcools supersoil, which is a thread everybody should check out if they havent allready.

b/c is because and fish emulsion is a mild organic veg fertilizer npk 5-1-1. it just gives them a little boost.

you can, the powder and the gel are both rooting hormone, but the powder sucks, the gel works good. you need the gel, sorry for any confusion

i bought mine from the hydro store, a well stocked nursery might have it, but places like home depot and wal mart dont carry it, they have the powder. you could always order it online. dont get cheap on the rooting hormone you use, it makes a big difference. i've had good results from the clonex, but i'm sure there are other good brands out there.
