How often do you water new clones in rockwool?

I was wondering how often you guys water newly rooted clones in 1 1/2 inch rockwool cubes at first. I put mine into 5 inch hydroton pots and in ebb and flow tray. Should I only water once a day for a while and then go to two and so on? I think I may be over watering mine at 4 times a day with 24 hours lights. Input ?

I water one minute every 5. one minute on, 4 minutes off, but I am in aeroponic but still the same kinda because we are relying on the watering schedule to feed the plants instead of soil.

Plants just seem to not grow and the stems are turning purple. Had this same issue a while back when I went from clone machine with really long roots to Hydroton and watering ever 1 1/2 hours. When I watered less they did a lot better. Thinking it might be the same thing here since the Rockwool holds so much water.

There is some info in my journal where I only watered once (the initial RW soak) and had nice roots in 10 days. My thoery is that the cutting should live on capilary action for a few days then the RW needs to dry out to a slightly damp state which forces the plant to root and find water.

These are rooted clones. I am trying to water 2 times a day with 24 hour light period. So far no wilting at all so I was over watering for sure. Now I just am not sure if the 2X a day is too much.

yes you r over watering them the roots r still new so try 2 keep it a bit dryer so the roots can grow more when its dry the roots will grow faster cause they try 2 reach 4 the water try spraying them a bit good roots mean good pland n healthy n u should always give them there sleep so they have time 2 rest try 2 cut back the light a bit 2

Yeah I guess I just get a little too over zealous sometimes. Sometimes more is less. Most are looking pretty decent. Hopefully they will turn around in a few days.
