k, so i've searched time and time again and can't find anything of this strain online. all i know is these things grew an inch a day throughout 40-60 degree weather. the biggest cola is about 2 inches wide and 6 inches long filling in nicely. i guess what i'm really looking for is some general info i.e. flowering time and genetics. it's supposedly sativa dominant but the leaves are as wide as any indica i've seen, the blades even overlap. i did get the seeds out of bud i paid the club $320 for an oz. 12 seeds, 12 females. no signs of hermie in the final phases of flowering. so i'm also wondering if the seeds could be a result of another indica or afghan pollinating the super atf?

hahaha, i have a kinda bad pic from about 2 weeks ago. i'll have to point out my biggest nuggy cuz the fatty fan leaves on this supposed sativa dominant lady blocked it and i took the pic with my laptop. kinda not hands free lol.

k so here's what's going on here. the big cluster of plant is actually my 2 biggest ladies and two shorter ones in the same bucket. they're all the same age but for some reason the ones in the bucket are almost done flowering and the rest are just finally forming popcorn size buds but have had lots of white hairs for more than a month now. oh ya, and i made a hole in the bucket and bound the tallest one at a 90 degree angle with string. the next day it had bent to the shape you see it in the picture (top 2 inches of bud sticking straight up). best thing i ever did i think. the light penetrates way deeper and i don't have to raise my lights for the one plant. also way better light spread when the top 6 inches of plant are all the same distance from the lights! note on the grow i had some spidermite damage but i finally stopped messing around and killed them and their babies. bought a half vial (makes 8 gallons) of some kind of killer hydroponics store stuff for $20. also i missed an important point in ONLY WATERING with 6.0-6.5 ph water (...because water is the vehicle in which nutrients move. paraphrased, SeeMoreBuds). so i was using 5.3 ph water to try and correct 7.3 ph soil. should have been using 6.0 i guess cuz the stems turned purple from overload of iron, curled tips from..? i can't remember but i'm bout to refresh my memory right now.

k so i put an extra fan in there to help get the night temps under 50 and the leaves turned purple nicely. the pictures of the bud i saw online were really bright light blue. the two plants that are about to be harvested have a nice resemblance as you can see if you look closely in the pics of the big nugs. you can tell the difference if you look at the buds on the smaller plants. they are more green. note that these are all the same strain and age -.- don't think i'll be doing another 12/12 grow from seed lol.

Alaskin thunderfuck was a clone only strain and what is passed off today is just from the mantanusk tundra which people call ATF. I think you got something other than ATF. It is rumored that there are people in alaska that still have cuttings but it is more than likely false. I guess the guy who was responsable for ATF got busted by the fed's and all the beans and cuttings were lost or destroyed. ATF is said to be extinct. So you have a strain that is not ATF but prolly just a Alaskin strain passed as ATF.

ya that's what i've heard jsizzle but this is Super ATF and i can't find anything about it on the internet anywhere. must be a manatuska hybrid then. but i'm also thinking the super atf got pollinated by an indica because the leaves are so broad (it's supposedly a sativa strain). So what we're really dealing with is a sativa hybrid of the manatuska X (indica)?.

One of the traits of MATANUSKA TUNDRA which some now call ATF is a sativa high from an Indica plant. They are more on the hevier side of indica for sure. Huge indica fat leaves. It's a creeper/sleeper strain. Choclately...
