Not for in your room, but outside it.
If there is little but not a lot of stink, take a bucket with water and Pine-sol in it and have a fan blow over the top. It will give a "just cleaned" smell. Some put a fan on the cover to blow air into the bucket with holes drilled along the top sides to allow the "clean smell" to exit.

If you want to control the odor you either need an ozone generator as stated earlier, or run a carbon filter

That is not going to work as well as ozone generators or a carbon filter.
You can buy that shit though and find out the hard if you want.... or you could listen to the users on this site and use what is known to work well

i don't want to sound like a smart ass but NO SHIT , i do know the ozone works great, like i said its not that bad a candle can hide most of the smell, a pic of my scrubber.
