First Harvest!

Hey guys, I just had my first successful harvest! I live on the east coast and I went to cover my plants due to approaching storms and when I did I found that one of them was ready for harvest so I clipped of the top colos and started drying. I have no idea what this strain is. All I know is that it came from some very dank mid-grade seeds. I quick dried some and it is honestly some of the best ganj I have ever smoked.

I don't know if it is just because I'm smoking my baby or what but this is really something special. I have had sour diesel, multiple strains of haze and kush, bogglegum, and many other exotic strains but the only one that comes close to what I have just harvested is sour diesel. I would describe the high as extremely cerebral, lots of euphoria and laughter, with a medium body high. Not to mention this is some one-hit-shit. One hit produces all the aforemention effects, two hits will have you rolling, anymore and you risk couch lock!

Anyway, here are some pictures if anyone wants to take a stab at identifying this strain. All in all though, I'm just happy that all my hard work has finally paid off with a dynamite harvest.... with more to come

yea if its a little early that would explain the more cerebral effects...which are desirable in my opinion!! great job!

I think i would name this strain - GOOD GOD DAMN I LOOK FUCKIN AMAZING!!! - thats just me though. Those nuggets look fuckin beautiful man. Were they hydro or soil grown??

nevermind, the last pic answered my question pretty well. but GOD DaMN those are nice lookin buds man. Definitely a brand name lookin strain for sure. GOD DAMN!!!

Ya, I was definitely thinking that as well. I have a 420 scope and there are definitely more clear and milky trichomes; not a lot of amber. I'll probably go back and harvest the rest of the plant in a week, so I will report on any changes in effect

Edit: Here are some updated pics, two days of drying in a dehumidified space. They have already lost half their original weight, due mostly to rain they absorbed I'm sure....

The first pot you grow is always the best.

OK, I'm definitely not alone. I quick dried some for a gf after letting her take 3 hits off a pipe. What I gave her weighed out to be .3 grams. She calls me later and tells me she is the highest she has ever been.... her and 3 of her friends. Granted they are all chicks, but I only gave them .3!

Not necessarily, My first grow tasted like total shit, shwag would have been much more desirable. Friends who smoked some got green in the face, but in general it got you high, just tasted awful.

You should be able to parlay that "gift" into a blow job at least! Hell, invite all 4 over and breakout the homegrown. Great job on the buds. IMHO, if you leave those for a couple of weeks you will be blown away at the amount of weight they will gain thos last couple of weeks. Good job and enjoy the fruits of your labor.

This first batch is pretty dry now so here are some pics. This camera doesn't photograph bud too well so I included two different shades. It may look wet, but I assure you that's all trichomes!

Haha, same chick is coming back tonite and bringing friends as per your suggestions. Hopefully my homegrown isn't the only thing getting smoked tonite!

I have found that good herb seems to make women get nekkid. I can't explain it but it works better than a sports car! Good luck and keep up the good growing.
