Can you clone plants that are flowering??

I have a plant thats only like 15 days in flowering and wanted to grow another plant just like her,but didn't know about cloning are have root hormone until recently any suggestions???

Yes, you sure can. It'll take longer for it to root. If it's got thickening buds, be careful, they're prone to rot. Keeping the humidity dome open helps alleviate that (I'm battling that with one of my clones, taken while she's flowering, right now).

cut the bud off .
it will root and take a little longer like sea said
the new grwth will be odd looking
single blades .
but will come around
