Call, write, email, or talk to your congressmen and let them know, this insanity will not continue. We must get rid of these lobbiests that bribe our congressmen into letting the Fed get away with our money and give it to the banksters and wall street.

Maybe castrate him also. It's time for Obama to grow a pair, stand up to the repukes and ram healthcare through. Another asshole that needs to be schooled, that dick leiberman, cut all his power, expel him from all his commitee chairmanships, He made a deal with the dems to keep his power and by siding with the pukes, he has broken the deal. Lawyers are still going to have pleanty of clients - all trying to sue the gov/health dept. etc.

Gov run health care will never work as long as we keep believeing the lies coming from the liars.

Uhhhh, Medicare works, well except for the private contractors that try and overcharge and rip it off. It is a no frills medical plan, but it sure beats the hell out of nothing. A single payer plan with a tax to pay for it would be the best. When you took the insurance crooks out of the mix, it would definently be cheaper for the consumer. All you rich dicks could keep your rediculous "Cadillac" plans and get the same care as the rest of us. But if you need an MRI or some other expensive procedure, you'll have to pay, we wont.

Sometimes its a Washington Insider Vs. Outsiders arguement.
Barny Frank should be tarred and feathered for his disingenusness.
He was a supporter of the bill till the last minute then supported the "Compramise."

On health-care:
1. I do not think government can run it.
(They have a poor track record of running, well, just about everything)
2. We can't afford it.
(We are 12 trillion in debt. with no real cuts in spending in sight)
3. IMO the Federal Government has no authority to do it.
(They claim authority under the commurse clause which is incorrect but probably will stand up in court, most a-pity)
4. Tax increases during a resession.
(This is not debatable IMO raising taxes hurts economic growth and JOB CREATION, which is the number 1 issue right now)

I think Health-care is at best a State issue not a federal issue.
The only reason they want to make it federal is so they will have access to Federal Reserve loans.
To pay for its eventual enormous cost over-runs.
To continue raising the debt. uncontrolably.

Its not because I hate people.
Or think only the rich deserve perks.
I think health-care is a personal issue.
That has been semi-socialized already.
Hence the cost over-runs we see now.
We need to get away from third party payer systems altogether.
When third parties are not involved prices come down.
Look at lasic eye surgery or cosmetic surgery.
Priced come down quality goes up.
Thats what I want to see more of.
