Too much light for clones, add some to your veg and flower room.

Clone are happy with a 14w cfl to root with.

that would only be 90 watts of true lighting.... you're gonna need a lot more than that for that many plants... i have 12 23 watt ( 100 equivalents ) just for my flower and only 4 plants under 2ft tall, thats 276watts of true lighting which is equivalent to 1200watts of incandescent bulbs. get some more TRUE wattage in there and you will be ok. somewhere between 60-85 TRUE watts per plant.

Nice grow you got going there. Your gonna need more watts and lumens for that many plants. I used six 85watt/350 watt, 6500k, 4200 lumen for 6 plants in vegetation stage, plus additional eight 105watt/400watt, 2700k, 5000 lumens CFLs for flowering stage w/2 of the 85watts CFLs, 10 lights total for flowering on my first grow. In my second grow now, added four 26watt, 5000k, 1700 lumens to my vegetation CFLs. Never can have enough lights

hey ive seen the end product of his grows and he knows what he is doing, but they are right you should definitely add one of the clone lights to the flower and it would help keep the buds more compact

I must have missed something here, what strain? Really like the way you use your CFLs. Your gals look awesome. I tried soil growing 5-6 years back, failed, poorly researched, cheap grow lights. Did my research now tho, seen/studied alot of other grows and read other journals, must say, you have the touch....good luck

I now have six 26watt, 6000k, 1700 lumen, and six 43watt, 2700k, 2300 lumen. Going to pair them up, by making 3 diy wall mount fixture to provide light on the back side of the plants. I am nearly completed with my flowering room, that's were I'll be mounting them. My remaining larger CFL fleet, eight 105watt, 2700k, 5000 lumens, four 85watt, 6500k, 4200 lumens will be located in and around my colas. Can't wait to post photos in a couple of weeks. It's gonna be good
stay safe

I picked up some of the 125 watt CFL's a couple of weeks ago. They were a different name brand.
Does yours have that huge Mogul e39 socket? I had to drive 60 miles to find a hydro store that had a fixture to fit it.

Great thread and pics, btw
