So I got this new bulb thats almost 70 watts and supposed to be 300 watt equivalent.. so my question is would this be enough to flower 2 MJ plants? Im not gonna veg them for long maybe about 3weeks

Usually the 65 watt cfl is equal to 300 watt incandescent. Its not the bigger grow cfls but has decent light for side lighting. To flower you should jump up to 125 or 250 actual wattage cfls made for growing. They equal closer to 1000 watt incandescent or 400 watts HID. The one you got can be used for small plant but can be used just use clones and keep them short

Here took a few shots of the 65 watt equal to 300 watt cfl. i use these for sidelighting and to veg clones. This one is in the red spectrum but I have in blue also. These cost about $13 locally..

The lumens are what you should look at when measuring your light's output. If you have 3000-4000 lumens or more, you should be fine with 2 plants. You can try running the 70watts at 24/7 for better results.

Or add another 10-26 watts with more cfl's and run them at 18/6. The extra lumens will help.

The light output for this bulb says 4200 lumens so with a couple more 23watters and I should be good I think.
heres a pic of box.
