Changing from 18/6 to 13/11; Will this induce flowering?

I have plants vegging under LED right now and am planning on transplanting outdoors when the time is right. I worry that the sudden change from 18/6 to a 13/11 photoperiod will induce flowering.

I once thought I could gradually change the photo period to a 13/11 period before taking the plant outside, but I thought the gradual change might trigger flowering.

Then I though maybe the best way to do it is to just throw it outside without the gradual change, but as I said I didn't know if the drastic change would trigger anything.
Could the shock involved with transplanting be beneficial in this case?

Hoping someone has some answers.

Lol, well the best I can do in my area is 14/10. Obviously it would be best to wait till then, but I only have 14/10 for a few days then it's returning to 13/11.
You think it would be ok if I waited until 14/10? Maybe ny strategy should be to veg indoors until there is no more room then transplant outdoors for it to induce flowering?
