Your plants look great. As far as nutes, it all depends which you choose to buy. Most manufacturers have a Feeding Schedule on their website. In general you want to start at 1/3rd the recommended dose.

They look like they aren't going to need any for the next week or two, even more if you do a transplant to a larger pot at that time. Good luck, don't overthink it.
