Bi carb and vinagar for co2

Hey guys, i have been looking into advancing my setup by adding some Co2. I have weighed up the options and found them relativly expensive. A thought I have had was to use some bi carb and vinigar to create Co2 for my cabinet. Does anyone here know if this is a viable way of getting Co2 to the plants or will any of the other fumes released kill my plants?...

Cheers kwaka

P.s. I am growing in a 1.5mtr H x 1mtr W x .5mtr D cabinet

You can do it that way but it does not last very long.

Another easy way is to use sugar, water, and yeast which lasts longer.
