Dog broke my plants

i'm growing in a closet set up and i left home in the morning to go to the store. i had the closet open with a fan on to keep them cool. i have never had a problem with the dog and my plants, but when i got home to find that the dog had his way with my plants my heart stopped. i have 2 plants the one he got ahold of was the bigger of the 2. about 4 stalks of the plant are broke half way up or more. the plants are well into the flowering stage with only a few of the hairs just starting to change color. i tied string from them to some screws i put on the walls to hold them up as best as possible, and put some tape on the breaks. 2 of the broke stalks were of my tops, now 1 of them the hairs are turning color on most of it. i also felt it carefully and it feels a little dry. i was only gone about an hour total. am i screwed with the breaks? or can they recover in time to continue growth and maturing?

can you take a digital pic and post it so we(members) can see the damage and then make a recommendation for you? You could probably clone the broken branches?

this is about the best i could get with the dinosaur 5.0 megapixel camera. i could not remove the tape all the way without agitating the plant alot. the tops that i pictured their hairs if you can see them in the pictured are alot more brown and shrivled up. they were mostly white and standing straight up

BAD DOG!

That sucks, but I've had plants snap under the weight of their own buds before and survive with splinting and support!

And yeah depending on how your rooting the snapped branches, it could be a week or two before you see roots.

thanks! so they should recover somewhat. yeah the dog definately got the privelage of free roam when i'm gone taken away!
