I do eat 150 grams of green beans, stir-fry and mixed veggies, half a cup of soybeans and half an ounce of pumpkin seeds most meals, before I eat whatever is on the menu. And I walk 3-5 miles every night. But I also eat almonds and dark chocolate nonstop, so It's kind of a draw.
Everything your doing is great just stumbled on here if can maybe substitute the soybeans with something similar in vitamins in some meals to much soy not good for you.

Yo these numbers keep going up you got any differance in your body more muscle??
Going up or down a couple three pounds is normal. For three weeks I was planting pine trees everyday, so no night time walking. And sometimes I don't have my green beans and stir-fry every meal. I keep saying I'm going to get serious about the 5-2 fasting, but so far I haven't.

But no, I'm not getting more muscle.

I had a previously undiagnosed chronic health issue last year plus my blood glucose and blood pressure were both creeping up. Went from 235 down to 175 in about 10 months. I'd always watched my salt and added sugar intake but decided to keep my carbs at about 60-75 grams a day. That really took off the weight for me. Also I try to eat all meals between 6:00 am and 1:00 pm.

Last summer my wife found out she was much too sweet. At least her blood was, anyway. We have changed our diet to low carb for the most part. Other than the couple of 100g bars of dark chocolate I eat everyday, I pretty much eat healthy. The last two months the wife had PT twice a week, and her friend was also having treatment at the same time, so we would go out to eat afterward, including way too many trips to fast food stores. She likes to get extra breakfast sandwiches, which come with extra hash browns. . . . . . .

When I was still working it was 2 Egg McMuffins or Sausage Egg McMuffins everyday especially when they always had the BOGO free coupon. I haven't had any fast food since pre Covid and boy do I miss it. (and bread and noodles, and mashed potatoes and cake and pie.....)

I stopped e-growing years ago. I'm here for the garden and music stuff.

And to be perfectly clear. It's not that I don't like people. I just don't like them to be where I'm at.
Actually many people make their first introduction post saying "I was reading for 5231252312523 years and now decided to grow myself and here I am, need some advises", which is actually great! When a good community opens up a great hobby to more people
