First off my Medium is Fox Farm Ocean Forest and Pearlite. I wait until ladies get 8 leaves on then I use 100ppm FF Grow Big (less than 1/4 cap per gallon) Then as time goes by I up it all the way to 500 ppm, On mondays I give them Extreme Serene which is Kelp and on thursday I give them 1 tbl spoon Molases, the sugar helps them....(in Bible) For any that need a boost I give them Amino Aid, I once lost 14 plants to a heat wave (in Veg) and I saved 7 with Amino Aid they where on the brink of death and this stuff brought them back, Including Golden! Ok so I use nutes mon-friday I water almost everyday in veg and everyday in flower, I am very careful about Nute burn and my pots drain WELL. I do not clone until 2 weeks before plant goes out to flower, plant needs recover time you know that and the fact of better clones by waiting. Also 2 weeks before going out I take off all spindle branches and weak ones in middle/bottom sometimes I start one week before taking clones so I do not stress plant.
When she gets out to flower I flush her right away!!!!! Very Important.
Ok Nutes there are 4 Nute/water buckets on my flower line, plants move up the line to harverst.
First Bucket, Plants get that for about weekks 1-2/3 I use FF Tiger Bloom and Big Bloom and it is set at 800 ppm The Big Bloom has worm casting and Gauno, remeber I flushed and the medium is getting old by now.
2nd bucket Weeks 4-5 I use Tiger Bloom and Grow big, Grow big is to add some Nitrogen, my ladies stay green and healthy to the end, no loss of leaves. I use more Tiger than Grow big 900ppm Tiger then add 200ppm Grow big.
3rd weeks 6-7/8 Bucket gets all Tiger Bloom 1300 ppm, last Bucket straight Water.
ALL plants are on the FF series I use open Sesame/Beastie Bloomz and Cha ching all the way through. I also use 1 tbl spoon Molases per gallon per feeding/
I was useing Botanicare prouducts and getting no where I swithced to FF and PLOW they where growing, I then started useing the Powders Sesame/beastie/ching and wow better then I started useing Molases, OH MY very Happy. I think that is all. I flush 2 weeks before harvest But I still use cha ching and molases after flush.
By the way Golden dryed and weighed out over 6 oz's hee hee I am so Proud.
Thanks for asking about My Golden Delight, Here goes, I fim at 6-8 nodes high so branching will be two that way hormones will even split instead of going straight up into one big cola, then I wait 2-3 weeks amd I fimed those tops then I wait atleast 3 weeks or more to induce flowering. Total time in veg was 2 months and 2 1/2 weeks.
I tryed the 36 hrs dark period before going 12/12 Not impressed. So then I waited until she started to show pistils at top (future) bud sites and I picked 3 spots and fimed them, well for the longest I was not happy for what I did then all of a sudden all three spots where GROWING tthey doubled in size and girth more than any 28 tops I saw they where one bud that went up and then seperated into 3 buds , Freaking amazing. DID you see those Pics on my site. I am cureing her now and I looked close at those 3 buds and they are one bud into 3 individuals at top all 3 bud sites I fimed.
I am now fiming at 6 nodes high I think any lower makes for a small Meristem stalk and not a strong enough plant. I am also only doing the one fim in veg and waiting until plant gets 18 inches high then toping all high ones and allowing the bottoms to catch up. I figure if the hormones are strongest near bottom utilize that. But I am very happy with Golden and I love the way I brought her up I just want to keep practicing everything lol.
