the tap root is the first white root that comes out of the seed it isyour seed's life force basically. ya drowng seeds isnt easy thing to do but it happens. the soil you have does it have nutes in it if t does that could also kill the seed. the seed has its own nutes it pulls from for the first 2-3 weeks then you add the nutes per what you are doing. before i started i did a lot of research and learning this isnt easy the take a lot of care
