Filtyfingaz -- First man, basically as far as breeding and everything goes, i am not farmiliar enough with all of that to give you any type of sound advice. My best advice i can give, is to master growing before you try to do something like that. Get a dozen grows or so under your belt before you start messing with genetics bro, you need to learn how to keep a plant alive and harvest it before you learn to make seeds for other people to grow, lol. Moneycat --- yeah, im pretty sure i started out with 3. I had one of each spectrum, one DAYLIGHT bulb, which burns blueish white, and one SUNLIGHT bulb, which burns an orangey red. To behonest, they worked for about 3 weeks until i began to upgrade my setup. i slowly added lightbulbs to my grow, until i had something like 7 bulbs total growin 3 plants. unfortunately one turned out to be male, so i was left with 2 females when i started flowering. i left both spectrums of light on during flowering too - and if i were still using the setup, i would still be using both spectrums. Im currently using a 600 w MH bulb, givin it a shot at flowering, but im gonna probably end up putting them back under my CFLs to finish up, because right now theres more orange than blue spectrum in my box, and i was only trying the MH out for a couple days to see which was better for flowering. I love your grow journal. My grow space is gonna be super similar to yours except mine is only 2.5 feet high. My problem is lights. You think you had 3 40W CFL's to start is that correct? If so, would that work for me? |
