    This was a FEDERAL judges ruling. Finally some relief from the federal government.

    This is a HUGE victory. This means that LEO are no longer allowed to raid your home based solely on the suspicion that Cannabis is being grown there. LEO must have actual proof that you are non medical or violating the MMJ laws in order to have probable cause and obtain a legal warrant.
