Want to run different strains in western washington.

Any body out there that has grown in a basement ( very dry ) in soil and has grown, skywalker, critical plus, black haze, purple walrus or white widow. I am looking for any tips particular to the plant. All are clones, about 12 inches right now and have just been transplanted in to fox farm ocean blend. room size is 10 x 8, just over 6 foot. the room temp stays about 75 - 78 F, with at the moment a rh% between 41% - 29% (april in western washington ). The room is screened at both sides so to get fresh air, and i just circulate with a small portable fan.

I am running a metalarc M/MS metal halide/BT56 ( i do not know how many lums )

For fertlizer i am using a all purpose 2 part. A part is 7.0% N, 1.0% potash (K20), B part is 2.0% N, 2.0% Phos, 5.0% potash (K20), and 1.35% Mn

For bloom also a 2 part. A part 4.0% N, 1.0% potash (K20), 2.55% Ca. B part is 4.0%N, 34.0% phos, 4.0% potash (K20), and 1.25% Mn

So the question stands as. Is there any thing any body know that is particular to the strain? I am growing them all at once, under the same light, and plan to use the same all purpose fert on all. I might experment with the bloom, but really looking for sugestions on that one. I am kinda new to this, and reading off the web just keeps opening new doors of WTF. So i hope to get a washington grower who has grown under these conditions rather then a guy from michigan or califorina.

I am also very interested in the drying process. I have down loaded some stuff from the web that makes sense, but again i would like to hear from guys in the state (western washington ).

Here is what I do. Prior to harvest I trim, just so I don't have to after the curing/drying process. Ok first you want to run a line to hang your plants upside down, and keep the room above 65 degrees Farenheit, but no more then 72. For humidity you never want 50% or more as MOLD LOVES HUMIDITY. Turn on your fan to circulate the air and keep them hanging for 5 - 7 days. wait until they are a little crisp on the outside but still a little moist on the inside. Cut your buds off the plant and place them on a screen (a window screen works perfectly) and let them dry for 2-3 days until the stem in the bud snaps when you bend it. That's just how I do it, but I never have complaints! Good luck!

That is how I do it too, but then they go into mason jars for 4-6 weeks. I don't wait that long to smoke them, but the jars keep them from drying out. You just need to burp them every day for a few weeks, then once a week for a month, then you are done. Seems like a long time but remember that you are curing them not drying them.
