I say that this drought is a good thing, well it's more of a famine really. The ports are all security tight, nothing is getting through. I live in Brum too and I haven't had a problem getting some until today. And when I speak to my dealer he can't score any for himself (knew I shoulda scored a Q the other day). It seems as of yesterday (19/9) all the usual geezas I use have turned off their phones or just aint got any to sell.

Why is this? Isn't most the stuff smoked in the UK grown in the UK? (I've heard figures of up to 95% - unverified though) It's fuckin shocking. I'm now smoking the third set of scrapings from my skinning up tray and their definitely aint gonna be anymore after that

Some of my mates have had difficulties getting it in lately and have turned to me as my bloke is normally always good for it. Today is the 2nd day ever he has turned me down and the first time he's said he can't get any in for himself.

yeah, it's been around but only in small quantities. it still is. just the quantities available have got a bit bigger, and so has the quality of the smoke.

You should start growing your own. I started just as the famine was hitting, in hindsight it was a pretty smart thing to do.

No, those figures are wrong. Most of our bud is imported by the good ol' dutch drug dealers. Or was, probably still will be soon, as soon as the security is relaxed. It costs too much money to keep going, they'll run it for a while, stop trade long enough to show a drop in statistics, to show they are winning the war on drugs. Then security will be lifted, and the flow will resume. tell you what though, if you want quality bud every time you smoke then you're going to have to grow your own.
