It's 100% legal, most headshops will sell it and if not it's available on the internet.

Exactly what you want, I didn't even know more than 20x existed. If you buy the 30x be ready to go to the moon. You can't smoke it out of a joint of blunt (something about it being activated by high temperature or something) so I've heard it works best with a torch lighter out of a pipe. I never use a torch lighter and do just fine though. I've never done acid myself but just so what you know what you're in for, a member in another thread described a salvia trip as "A 5-hit acid peak in 5 seconds for 5 minutes." Good luck, let me know how the trip goes.
