So why not set up a company in one of the countries where weed is kosher and ship to the US? I mean I have see what the DEA can do to Canadians, but why not somewhere who either hates or doesn't care about the US?

I don't think that the problem in US is the availability of cannabis, but what happens if you are caught with it.

It's actually called Extradition, expedited is when you move a process along quicker to completion. For example, if you choose expedited S&H on a product you purchase online, they will handle it first in line, or in a process queue where you take a number in line with the remainder the of expedited products, it will be shipped first, and by the highest priority.

Extradition is when you're yanked out of bed in one country, and sent to another for trial... It can be one of the most unfair things in the world because drugs legal in some countries, can be illegal with harsh penalties in other countries.


But yes, blinky is right - being sent to foreign countries to be abused in a poor system is not a good idea.

if you want to setup a shell company and do import/export with this kind of inventory you have to go all out and do it right. you need good shell companies, probably legit businesses that can give you an excuse to be putting crates on a ship. you will need all the legal and accounting expertise to setup the company and launder the money. or you could just do it quick and cheap and take it in the butt for the next 20 years.

you could spend all the $ you want and buy as many legit shells as you want, bottom line is our country is catching a lot more foreign imports since 9/11. You will get nabbed erventually and your butt will be painin for lots of years. By the way i have know idea why my type went blue...LOL

Did you know that if the DEA and Coast Guard are aware of certain shipments coming either by plane or boat that they do not always try to intercept and seize it? They will just shoot the plane down or just sink the boat, people and all.
