A newbie here.......please don't groan.

This has most likely been asked before, BUT:
Is it safe to buy overseas seeds to be delievered to the good 'ol USA?
Are there any tips that you're willing to share?
Any companies that are recommended? Or NOT recommended?

I have recently moved to a new locale and I luv it here. Only prob is no weed (BOO, HISS) And I would just luv to fix that deficiency

There is a thread for seed banks which has ppls reviews. I have used one of the sponsors - amstmjseeds and I know lots have had success with Nirvana.
