Can any california people confirm?

If this is true, I can only see this industry booming in the next 5-10 years. I'm in my early 20s, college educated, and could see myself moving out west and joining/starting a growers co-op. People could be making serious cash, and are right now.


(PS, I love how weed has turned all upper middle class and white in the last 5-10 years, and before it was a hard core drug dark people used. Thanks New Yorker. I can't wait for High Times to turn into Cannabis Aficionado.)

i am almost serious about saving a few k$ and heading west. I'd be like the Green-49ers!

theres alot of shit in cali we have marijuana clubs in every other big city and theres even a school that opened in san fransico for growing marijuana..and it is also really easy to get a medical marijuana card.

Yea, that's california. The "school" is in Oakland actually and now in LA too. It's the Oakterdam University, same one FDD will be teaching hash classes at on the Oakland campus.

yeah..i know a few people who grow legally and make a decent living off of it....we are looking into opening a club....but there is alot of hoops and b.s you have to go through to get one approved

Yea I'm in the bay and I know people who do much better then most. Lets see, go to a 4 year college, try to find a job, find an unsatisfactory job you hate and work your ass off till you're about to die and retire.. OR get in on this industry, hope all goes well, be smart, and you're gold.

yeah..this isnt something we are rushing into.....i think the next step for us is to look into lawyers....the last thing i want to do is do any time for an investment......
