Thanks, will do, unfortunately the reason I got it was because I was thinking I was going to be dry for a while but lo and behold I now have some really great ganja that will probably be my sleep aid

The melatonin works really well, I fell asleep quickly the last two nights I've taken it.

cool thing about melatonin is establishes your circadian rythm. meaning if you run out of pills for a couple nights youll still fall asleep like youve taken it

I tried to get some Melatonin but they dont sell it over the counter in England I would need a prescription. I did get some Kalms Sleeps though which contain
Valerian powdered extract 4:1
Passiflora powdered extract 5.35:1
Wild lettuce powdered extract 4:1
Vervain powder
Powdered hop strobile

They did nothing, nothing at all
