yea melatonin is really goood the best especially if u take like 3 or 4 and smoke 15 mins later by then ur drowsy as fuck and sleep like a baby if i dont have melatonin i got tylenol pm haha

I've got sleeping problems also!

I find a nice big fatty-bom-batty spliff gets me to sleep at the drop of a hat.

Also a few sleeping tablets never went amiss.

Don't do with all that BS that everyones saying, getting to sleep naturally is the best way. Sometimes your body just doesn't want to sleep.

perhaps you're worried about something?

i know i can't sleep when i'm worried, write it down or something?

Here's a trick that has saved my ass more often than not.
Get comfortable and as relaxed as you can. Now, pick a number (I use 30)
Starting w/30 (mentally), I slowly open my eyes on inhale and close them on exhale.
29 . . . close/inhale . . . open/exhale . . . 28, etc.
I've NEVER reached even close to zero. It doesn't matter if you inhale or exhale with your eyes in one of the positions, as long as you keep that rhythm going.

I was sitting here, breathing and doing my eyes, trying to recall the method and, in doing so, almost fell asleep.

I just got some 3mg melatonin it says take 1 20 min. before bed, how many would you guys/gals who have tried it recommend?
