I've got sleeping problems also!
I find a nice big fatty-bom-batty spliff gets me to sleep at the drop of a hat.
Also a few sleeping tablets never went amiss.
Don't do with all that BS that everyones saying, getting to sleep naturally is the best way. Sometimes your body just doesn't want to sleep.
perhaps you're worried about something?
i know i can't sleep when i'm worried, write it down or something?
